Timothy Scott Farrow
A member of the bar since 1999, Timothy S. Farrow joined Benjamin Dash and Daniel Baker to form Dash Baker Farrow, LLP in August of 2008. The firm has offices in Moorestown, New Jersey and Philadelphia, PA.
Before forming the firm, Tim was a partner with Gold and Farrow, P.C. in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, where his practice focused on criminal defense at all levels throughout South Jersey. He is a former Assistant Burlington County Prosecutor. He served as a Police Academy instructor on the subject of Search and Seizure Law and a speaker at various seminars on juvenile law. He is also a former Law Clerk to the Honorable Frank M. Lario, Jr., of the Camden County Superior Court, Criminal Part.
Mr. Farrow is admitted to all New Jersey courts. His practice today includes all levels of criminal defense work. He represents defendants in matters that range from Drunk Driving, Driving while Suspended, No Insurance, Leaving the Scene, etc., to Disorderly Persons Offenses such as Shoplifting, Assault, Harassment. Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Paraphernalia, Drug Loitering, etc., and Indictable (felony) cases such as CDS (Drug) Offenses, Sex Offenses, Theft, Embezzlement, Computer Crime, Agg. Assault, Weapons, Robbery, etc. He is also a frequent panelist at seminars concerning these topics.
Tim is the 2005 winner of the Burlington County Bar Association's prestigious "Robert W. Criscuolo Award" for Outstanding Young Lawyer of 2005. He has held many positions within the Burlington County Bar Association including Chair of the Juvenile Subcommittee, Vice-Chair of the Municipal Court and Criminal Bench Bar Committees, Chair of the Young Lawyer Committee, and Coordinator of the Mock Trial Program. He is currently Treasurer of the Board of Trustees. Tim also serves on the Board of the Rutgers University Alumni Association and previously was Chancellor of the Rutgers University School of Law - Camden Alumni Association from 2006-2008.
A native of Washington Township in Gloucester County, Tim graduated Magna Cum Laude from Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. with a B.A. in Political Science, an Honors Degree in Classical Philosophy, and a German minor. He also was made a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He received a law degree in 1999 from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, NJ, where he served as President of the Graduating Class.
