Mary Williamson Chatten

As Of Counsel, Ms. Williamson Chatten's diverse practice includes complex commercial litigation disputes involving banking and mortgage fraud, business transactions, contracts, construction, real estate and employment relationships; premises and products liability; personal injury, insurance coverage disputes and municipal land use. She has experience in handling cases in both state and federal court, from pre-suit dispute resolution to appellate practice.

Ms. Williamson Chatten received her B.A., cum laude, in 1995 from Truman State University and her J.D. in 1998 from Rutgers Law School-Camden where she was nominated for Who's Who: American Law Students. Upon graduation, she clerked for The Honorable Lee B. Laskin in the Superior Court of New Jersey. Licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, she is also admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She is currently a member of the Camden County Bar Association, serving on the Presidential Commission on Diversity and Asian American Delaware Valley Bar Association. Ms. Williamson Chatten also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Rutgers Law School Alumni.
