Benjamin Dash
With offices in Moorestown, New Jersey and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Dash Baker Farrow, LLP was formed in August 2008 by Benjamin Dash, Daniel Baker and Timothy Farrow. Previously, Ben was a partner in the law firm of Dash Reynolds, LLP, and prior to that practiced with the New Jersey and Pennsylvania offices Jennings Sigmond, P.C.
Admitted to practice before the Federal District Court of New Jersey, and the Supreme Courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Ben's practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate transactions, land use, complex commercial litigation in the areas of real estate, banking, mortgages, fraud, consumer fraud, and business transactions.
Ben is an active member of the American Association for Justice, American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Camden County Bar Association, Burlington County Bar Association, and the Burlington Camden County Board of Realtors, where he chairs the Affiliate Committee. Ben has lectured extensively to business, trade, and professional groups on such topics as failure to disclose defects in real estate transactions, litigating mold claims, home inspector negligence, short sales, navigating transactions in a downward market, consumer fraud, and predatory lending.
Representing a wide array of clients including lenders, title insurers, builders, real estate agencies, realtors, investment bankers, local and national businesses, and individuals, Ben was named an Awesome Attorney in 2007 and 2008 by the readers of South Jersey Magazine, and volunteers time to DECA, a high school and college business preparatory program, as well as to the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer and Kaleidoscope of Hope Ovarian Cancer campaigns.
Originally from Burlington County, Ben received his B.A., cum laude, and law degree from Rutgers University. Ben is married, has two (2) children, and in his spare time enjoys tennis, golf, and the Jersey Shore.
